About Pipeline Creative and Why Me…?

Pipeline Creative Marketing was formed by Me (Scot Aubinoe) to assist small businesses plan forward with new progressive ideas and get with the marketing of today and much more. In other words…  get companies thinking outside of the proverbial box and be different. Since I can remember, my mind has always been spinning with new ideas and cool creating concepts. So I have formed a so-called “Creative Think Tank” and a service to provide others with progressive ideas and be different. I am your creative marketing field guide.

I moved here to Holly Springs, North Carolina in June of 2011. I have been practicing real estate in the Maryland and Washington, DC area for many years and sold my business in 2010 to a colleague of mine. Our family moved from Maryland to be closer to Duke Children’s Hospital for my 7-year-old daughter who has a heart condition. We have adjusted well to the North Carolina area and would say we love it here. I am married and have 4 children ranging from 7 to 19 years of age. I am a believer in growing businesses through a grass-roots approach and have already started the journey with a few local clients in the Raleigh area.
